New York, May 01, 2015 -- Moody's announced today that the addition of certain eligible contracts on May 1, 2015 to the asset pool that secures the notes issued by Ascentium Equipment Receivables 2015-1 LLC ("ACER 2015-1") would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade, the placement on review for possible downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings currently assigned to any class of notes issued by ACER 2015-1 at this time.
