Moody's: No rating impact on notes issued by GCO ELF II following the transfer of Administrator and Master Servicer Duties to Nelnet.
New York, November 08, 2013 -- Moody's announced today that the transfer of administrator and master servicing duties from GCO Education Loan Funding Corp. to National Education Loan Network, Inc, ("NELNET"), pursuant to the Assignment and Assumption Agreements, dated October 31, 2013, and the removal of Greystone Servicing Corporation, Inc. as back-up administrator and back-up servicer would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the debt ratings assigned to GCO Education Loan Funding Trust II ("GCO ELF II").
