Moody's: No rating impact on notes issued by Esmee Master Issuer N.V. - S.A. Series 0-2009-I following amendment.
Milan, October 23, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") announced today that the proposed amendments to the final terms of the EUR 8,280,000,000 Series 0-2009-I SME Asset-Backed Notes due October 2047 issued by Esmée Master Issuer N.V. - S.A. ("Esmée"), including, among other things, the extension of the transaction's maturity would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the notes' rating.
