New York, September 29, 2014 -- Moody's announced today that certain amendments, executed on Sept. 29, 2014, to Hertz Fleet Lease Funding, LP Series 2013-2, would not, in and of themselves and as of this time, result in the downgrade, the placement on review for possible downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings currently assigned to the Series 2013-2, Series 2013-3, and Series 2014-1 issued by Hertz Fleet Lease Funding, LP. Subsequent to the execution of the amendments, the issuer has retired Series 2013-1.
