Moody's: No rating impact on GSMS Trust 2007-GG10 following a Non-Permitted Equity Transfer of the Wells Fargo Tower Loan in Los Angeles, California.
New York, October 03, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed of a non-permitted equity transfer request from the current borrower of the Wells Fargo Tower Loan ("Wells Fargo Tower") for the A-1 and A-2 Notes in GS Mortgage Securities Trust 2007-GG10. The non-permitted equity transfer would allow for the 100% transfer of the limited liability company interest in North Tower, LLC (the "Borrower") from the Borrower as part of an Agreement and Plan of Merger with Brookfield DTLA Holdings LLC (Brookfield DLTA) to Brookfield DLTA.
