Moody's: No rating impact on Goal Capital Funding Trust 2006-1 student loan securitization following amendments to the swap agreement

New York, October 08, 2015 -- Moody's announced today that execution of the Amended and Restated Credit Support Annex to the Amended and Restated Schedule to the 1992 Master Agreement originally dated as of May 25, 2006, and amended and restated as of October 7, 2015, and of the Amended and Restated Schedule to the1992 ISDA Master Agreement originally dated as of May 25, 2006, and amended and restated as of October 7, 2015, between Goal Capital Funding Trust 2006-1 and Barclays Bank Plc. would not, in and of themselves result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the debt ratings assigned to Goal Capital Funding Trust 2006-1.
