Moody's: No rating impact on Bendigo and Adelaide Bank's TORRENS Series 2008-4 Trust from uplift

Sydney, December 11, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the issuance of additional Class A and partial repayment of Class B notes following a purchase of mortgages totaling AUD369 million by TORRENS Series 2008-4 Trust on 11 December 2014 (the "Uplift") will not, in and of itself and at this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the current rating of the Class A notes issued by the above mentioned trust.
