New York, July 30, 2014 -- Moody's announced today that the execution of the American Express Credit Account Master Trust, Series 2012-A Amended and Restated Series Supplement and the Amended and Restated Certificate Purchase Agreement on 30 July 2014 (the Amended and Restated documents) would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings currently assigned to any class of outstanding certificates issued by the American Express Credit Account Master Trust.
