Moody's: No rating impact following replacement of gestora in GC FTPYME PASTOR 4, FTA
Madrid, July 18, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has been requested to assess the impact on the ratings of the notes issued by GC FTPYME PASTOR 4, FTA following the replacement of GESTICAIXA, S.G.F.T., S.A. in its role of gestora. In Moody's opinion the appointment of HAYA TITULIZACION, S.G.F.T., S.A., S.U. as the new gestora will not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings of the notes (the "Notes") issued in this Spanish transaction.
