New York, June 22, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") announced today that an amendment to Section 11.03 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of May 1, 2007, which has been proposed by Redwood Trust, Inc. as depositor for the deal, would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the Moody's ratings of the issued securities.
