Moody's: Neuberger Berman CLO XIV, Ltd. ratings unaffected by First Supplemental Indenture.

New York, March 27, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that entry by Neuberger Berman CLO XIV, Ltd. (the "Issuer") into a supplemental indenture dated as of March 27, 2015 (the "First Supplemental Indenture") by and among the Issuer, Neuberger Berman CLO XIV, LLC as Co-Issuer and U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, and performance of the activities contemplated therein, will not in and of themselves and at this time result in the immediate withdrawal or reduction with respect to the current rating by Moody's of the Class A Notes or the Class X Notes issued by the Issuer. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the First Supplemental Indenture could have non-credit-related effects.
