Moody's: Morgan Stanley Capital I Trust 2011-C3 Ratings Unaffected by the Proposed Defeasance of the Showcase Mall III Loan

New York, December 09, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that Walton Unilev Showcase, L.L.C., the Borrower for the Showcase Mall III mortgage loan, has elected to defease the loan with U.S. Government Securities. The proposed defeasance will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
