Moody's: ML-CFC 2007-5 Ratings Unaffected by the Proposed Transfer of Special Servicing Rights
New York, February 26, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service was informed that the Holders of the Certificates evidencing a majority of the Voting Rights allocated to the Controlling Class have elected to terminate CW Capital Asset Management LLC as the Special Servicer, and to appoint C-III Asset Management LLC ("C-III") as the replacement Special Servicer. The Proposed Special Servicer Transfer and Replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
