Moody's: Mexican telecom reform to raise regulatory pressure
New York, May 20, 2013 -- Mexico's new telecommunications reform law will not end the dominance of the few large players in the Mexican telecommunications market, says Moody's Investors Service in the report "Telecom Reform in Mexico to Raise Regulatory Pressure." These major players, however, are the companies that have the most to lose from the new law.
