Moody's: Madison Park Funding I, Ltd. ratings unaffected by Assignment of Variable Funding Note

New York, May 06, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that an assignment by the initial committed purchaser of $305,000,000 original notional amount of (Class A Variable Funding Floating Rate Notes Due 2019) (the "Variable Funding Notes") issued by Madison Park Funding I, Ltd. (the "Issuer") to a new holder (the "Assignee") effective as of May 6, 2013 (the "Assignment"), and performance of the activities contemplated therein, will not in and of themselves and at this time result in the withdrawal, reduction or other adverse action with respect to any current rating by Moody's of any Class of Senior Notes issued by the Issuer. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the Assignment could have non-credit-related effects. The Assignment is taking place under the provisions of a Variable Funding Note Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") dated as of April 21, 2005.
