Moody's Liquidity-Stress Index extends slide to four months amid bankruptcies and upgrades
New York, August 02, 2016 -- Moody's Liquidity-Stress Index (LSI) eased to 8.1% in July from 8.7% in June, the rating agency says in its most recent edition of SGL Monitor Flash. The latest reading marks the four consecutive monthly decline as the number of companies with Moody's lowest liquidity rating, SGL-4, decreased due to a mix of bankruptcies and liquidity rating upgrades.
