Moody's: Liquidity risk is high for most rated Peruvian companies
Buenos Aires City, May 07, 2014 -- Ten of the fourteen non-financial companies in Peru that Moody's Investors Service rates featured high liquidity risk at the end of 2013, the rating agency says in the report "Corporate Liquidity in Peru: Despite Economic Growth, Most Rated Companies Have High Liquidity Risk." High capital expenditures, leading to negative free cash flows, and a lack of committed bank credit facilities, are the chief causes of the liquidity risk.
