Moody's: LB-UBS 2006-C6 Ratings Unaffected by the Proposed Transfer of Special Servicing Rights
New York, January 18, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that the holders of certificates evidencing a majority of the Voting Rights allocated to the Controlling Class intend to replace LNR Partners, Inc. ("LNR") as the Special Servicer and to appoint C-III Asset Management LLC ("C-III") as the successor Special Servicer. The Proposed Special Servicer Replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
