New York, December 10, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that the Holders of Certificates evidencing a majority of the Voting Rights allocated to the Controlling Class have elected to terminate LNR Partners, Inc., (LNR) as the existing Special Servicer and to appoint AEGON USA Realty Advisors, LLC (AURA) as the successor Special Servicer. The Proposed Special Servicer Transfer and Replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
