New York, December 11, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that Harbor Point Apartments Company Limited Partnership, the borrower for the Harbor Point Apartments loan, has elected to defease the loan with U.S. Government Securities. The subject loan is held in GS Mortgage Securities Corporation II, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-GG10. The proposed defeasance will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
