New York, March 17, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service was informed that the Directing Holder with respect to the CA Headquarters loan intends to remove C-III Asset Management LLC as special servicer under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement for the CA Headquarters loan, and to appoint ORIX Capital Markets, LLC as the successor Special Servicer. The Proposed Special Servicer Transfer and Replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
