Moody's: GSMS 2005-GG4 Ratings Unaffected by Proposed Transfer of Special Servicing Rights for the One HSBC Center Loan

New York, May 07, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that the Controlling Class Representative under the GSMS 2005-GG4 Trust, on behalf of the Note A Holder, as Directing Holder with respect to the One HSBC Center Whole Loan, intends to replace CWCapital Asset Management LLC as the Special Servicer and to appoint LNR Partners, LLC as the successor Special Servicer for the One HSBC Center Whole Loan (the "Proposed Special Servicer Replacement"). The Proposed Special Servicer Replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
