Moody's: Flatiron CLO 2007-1 Ltd. ratings unaffected by modification of Weighted Average Life Test

New York, August 23, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that entry by Flatiron CLO 2007-1 Ltd., (the "Issuer") into a supplemental indenture dated as of August 23, 2013 among the Issuer, Flatiron CLO 2007-1 Inc., as Co-Issuer and Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee (the "Second Supplemental Indenture") and performance of the obligations contemplated therein, will not in and of itself and at this time cause an immediate withdrawal or reduction of the current Moody's ratings of any Class of Rated Notes issued by the Issuer.
