New York, August 24, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has downgraded the ratings of the notes issued by the Diversified Payment Rights program (DPR) sponsored by HSBC Bank Brasil S.A -- Banco Multiplo to A3 from A1. Transaction is maintained on review for further downgrade.
