Moody's downgrades SNS Bank N.V. Covered Bonds to A1, on review for downgrade
London, 01 February 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has today downgraded to A1 on review for downgrade the rating of the covered bonds issued by SNS Bank N.V. (the issuer) from Aa2 on review for downgrade. Today's rating action is prompted by the downgrade of the sponsor bank, SNS Bank N.V.to Baa3 on review for downgrade from Baa2 on review for downgrade.
