Moody's downgrades $72M of resecuritized RMBS issued by Deutsche Mortgage Securities 2008-RS1
New York, May 30, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has downgraded the rating of one tranche in the resecuritization transaction Deutsche Mortgage Securities, Inc. REMIC Trust Certificates, Series 2008-RS1. The Class II-2A-1 backing the resecuritized tranches was issued by Bear Stearns Alt-A Trust 2006-4 and is backed by Alt-A RMBS loans issued in 2006.
