Moody's Determines No Negative Ratings Impact on RBC Covered Bonds From Amendments to Comply with Covered Bond Law
New York, July 03, 2013 -- After analysis of the credit impact of amendments to the transaction documents related to Royal Bank of Canada's Global Covered Bond Programme (the Program), Moody's Investors Service stated that the amendments, in and of themselves and at this time, did not result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings on the covered bonds issued under the Program.
