Moody's corrects and withdraws ratings on ALM Loan Funding 2010-3, Ltd.

New York, September 04, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that it is correcting the rating history and withdrawing its ratings on the Class A-1 Notes, Class A-2 Notes, Class B Notes, Class C Notes, and Class D Notes (the "Notes") issued by ALM Loan Funding 2010-3, Ltd. (the "Issuer"). According to the Supplemental Indenture No. 1 dated as of February 20, 2013, the Notes were fully prepaid with the proceeds from the additional Notes (the "Replacement Secured Notes") issued on the February 20, 2013 Refinancing Date. Due to an oversight, however, Moody's mistakenly announced rating actions on the Notes on July 15, 2013.
