Moody's corrects and withdraws rating for Landmark VIII CLO Ltd.
New York, September 04, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that it is correcting the rating history and withdrawing the rating for the U.S. $8,000,000 Composite Obligations Due 2020 (the "Obligations") issued by Landmark VIII CLO Ltd. Components of the Obligations were unwound in whole on April 19th 2013. However, Moody's did not update the notional outstanding balance of the Obligations to zero; as a result, on July 15, 2013 the Obligations were mistakenly placed on review for possible upgrade.
