Madrid, June 05, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has today confirmed at A3 (sf) the rating of the Series F2 and T2 notes issued by AyT FTPYME II and at Ba3(sf) the rating of the Series F3 notes in this deal. Sufficient credit enhancement, which protects against sovereign and counterparty risk, primarily drove the confirmation actions.
