Moody's comments on the Special Servicer Replacement in Titan Europe 2007-2 Limited

London, 14 October 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service commented today that the appointment of Mount Street Loan Solutions LLP ("Mount Street") as special servicer for seven loans representing 18.5% of the pool will not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings of the Notes in Titan Europe 2007-2 Limited. Moody's opinion addresses only the current impact on Moody's ratings, and we do not express an opinion as to whether the proposed amendments have or could have any other effects that investors may or may not view positively.
