Moody's comments on America Móvil's proposed takeover of Telekom Austria
Sao Paulo, April 29, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has said today that the A2 and A3 senior unsecured domestic and foreign currency ratings and stable outlook of America Movil, S.A.B. de C.V. (AMX) and related entities and subsidiaries remain unchanged following the announcement that it has entered into a shareholders' agreement with the Austrian Government, through Österreichische Industrieholding AG (ÖIAG), to take control of Telekom Austria AG (TA, Baa2/sta).
