Moody's: CGCMT 2012-GC8 Ratings and Companion Loan Securities Ratings in GSMC 2012-GCJ9 Unaffected by the Proposed Transfer of Special Servicing Rights

New York, December 13, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that the Controlling Class Representative intends to replace CW Capital Asset Management, LLC, as General Special Servicer and replace Midland Loan Services, a Division of PNC Bank, National Association, as Whole Loan Special Servicer for each Whole Loan, and to appoint LNR Partners, LLC as the successor General Special Servicer and successor Whole Loan Special Servicer for each Whole Loan (the Proposed Special Servicer Replacement). The Proposed Special Servicer Replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
