New York, April 28, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that the Majority Holder of the Controlling Class Certificates intends to replace LNR Partners, Inc. as the Special Servicer and to appoint Torchlight Loan Services, LLC as the successor Special Servicer (the "Proposed Special Servicer Replacement"). The Proposed Special Servicer Replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
