Moody's: Carlyle Global Market Strategies CLO 2013-4, Ltd. Ratings Unaffected by Partial Redemption

New York, July 14, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that a redemption by Carlyle Global Market Strategies CLO 2013-4, Ltd. (the "Issuer"), effective as of July 15, 2016, of the entire Class A-2 Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due October 2025 (the "Class A-2 Notes") and the entire Class B-2 Senior Secured Fixed Rate Notes due October 2025 (the "Class B-2 Notes" and, together with the Class A-2 Notes, the "Redeemed Notes") pursuant to a supplement to the Indenture among the Issuer, Carlyle Global Market Strategies CLO 2013-4, LLC as Co-Issuer and State Street Bank and Trust Company as Trustee (the "Partial Redemption") and performance of the activities contemplated by the Partial Redemption will not in and of themselves and at this time cause the current Moody's rating of any remaining Class of Rated Notes issued by the Issuer to be reduced or withdrawn. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the Partial Redemption could have non-credit-related effects.
