New York, December 11, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that Intown Suites Arlington, L.P. c/o Starwood Capital Group LLC, the Borrower for the InTown Suites -- Portfolio B mortgage loan, has elected to defease the loan with U.S. Government Securities. The proposed defeasance will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
