Moody's assigns definitive Aaa to CBA's Series 32 mortgage covered bonds
Sydney, January 30, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today assigned a definitive Aaa long-term rating to Series 32 mortgage covered bonds issued by Commonwealth Bank of Australia ("CBA" or the "issuer") (Aa2 stable, bank financial strength rating B-). CBA issued GBP 350 million floating rate Series 32 covered bonds with a 4-year soft-bullet maturity and a 1-year Extended Due for Payment Date.
