Moody's Assigns Definitive Aaa Rating to CIBC's Series CBL2 Covered Bonds
New York, October 25, 2013 -- Moody's has assigned the long-term rating of Aaa to the AUD 500,000,000 floating rate series CBL2 covered bonds issued by the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC, rated Aa3, Prime-1) under the terms of its Legislative Global Covered Bond Programme. The series CBL2 covered bonds mature on January 25, 2017, with a one-year permitted extension period.
