Sao Paulo, January 28, 2016 -- Moody's América Latina Ltda. has affirmed the Ba2 global scale rating and the Aa2.br national scale rating of the 1st series of the 2nd issuance of certificates issued by Brazil Realty Securitizadora (CRI or certificates), following the affirmation of the underlying CCBs global scale ratings at Ba2 and national scale ratings at Aa2.br (negative outlook).
