New York, March 29, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has affirmed the letter of credit (LOC)-backed Aa1 / VMIG 1 ratings of the City of Houston, Texas Combined Utility System First Lien Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2004B-2 (the Bonds) in connection with the replacement of the current LOC provided by The Bank of New York Mellon with an LOC provided by Citibank, N.A. (the Bank).
