MHFA Construction Loan Notes -- Moody's upgrades MassHousing's issuer rating to Aa3; outlook stable
New York, December 19, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service upgraded the issuer rating of Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency (MassHousing) to Aa3 from A2. This action concludes the review began on September 26. The rating action also affects the Construction Loan Notes Program which are general obligations of the Agency, of which $157 million are currently outstanding. The rating outlook is stable.
