Metals USA, Inc. -- Moody's withdraws Metals USA's ratings

New York, May 06, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has withdrawn Metals USA Inc. ("Metals USA") B1 Corporate Family and B1-PD Probability of Default ratings. Moody's has withdrawn the ratings following the acquisition of Reliance Steel & Aluminum ("Reliance"), which closed on April 15, 2013. The B2 rating on Metal USA's secured term loan facility has been withdrawn since the facility has been terminated. This concludes the review for upgrade commenced on February 6, 2013 when Reliance agreed to acquire Metals USA. Please refer to Moody's Withdrawal Policy on moodys.com.
