New York, April 29, 2014 -- Moody's is correcting the outlook on bonds issued by the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission (Montgomery County) to stable. The outlook should have been revised to stable from negative on July 19, 2013 when Montgomery County's outlook was revised to stable from negative, and then affirmed at stable on October 28, 2013 and November 8, 2013, when the county's stable outlook was affirmed. Due to an internal administrative error, the outlook remained at negative.
