Manitoba, Province of -- Moody's changes Manitoba's outlook to negative, affirms Aa1 ratings
Toronto, August 18, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has today changed the outlook on the Province of Manitoba's debt ratings to negative from stable and at the same time affirmed the province's Aa1 senior unsecured ratings and the (P)Aa1 senior unsecured shelf ratings. Moody's P-1 rating on Manitoba Hydro Electric Board's commercial paper program, which is guaranteed by the province, is not affected by this rating action.
