Malayan Banking Berhad -- Moody's affirms Maybank's (P)A3 Senior Unsecured MTN rating and assigns (P)Baa2 Subordinate MTN rating
Singapore, April 15, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has today affirmed its (P)A3 foreign currency senior unsecured MTN rating assigned to Malayan Banking Berhad's (Maybank) multicurrency medium term note (MTN) program (the program). Moody's has also assigned its (P)Baa2 foreign currency subordinated MTN rating to the program's subordinated tranches. The same rating actions were implemented for Maybank's Hong Kong and Singapore branches. The outlook is stable.
