LSF9 Robin Investments Limited -- Moody's assigns a B1 CFR to LSF9 Robin Investments Limited; outlook stable
London, 17 November 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has today assigned a corporate family rating (CFR) of B1 and a B2-PD probability of default rating (PDR) to LSF9 Robin Investments Limited (MRH), the ultimate parent of the MRH group of companies. Concurrently, Moody's has assigned a B1 rating to the senior secured credit facilities totaling GBP600 million equivalent, comprising Term Loan B, Revolving Credit, and Capex/Acquisition tranches, to be issued by MRH. The outlook on all ratings is stable.
