LifePoint Hospitals, Inc. -- Moody's lowers LifePoint's Speculative Grade Liquidity Rating to SGL-3; all other ratings affirmed; outlook is stable
New York, July 29, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service downgraded the Speculative Grade Liquidity Rating of LifePoint Hospitals, Inc. to SGL-3 from SGL-1. Moody's also affirmed LifePoint's existing ratings, including the Ba2 Corporate Family Rating and Ba2-PD Probability of Default Rating. The outlook for the ratings remains stable.
