Kwangju Bank Ltd. -- Moody's affirms Kwangju Bank's ratings after announced acquisition by Jeonbuk Financial Group; outlook negative
Hong Kong, June 18, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has affirmed all of Kwangju Bank's ratings, following the announced acquisition of Kwangju Bank by Jeonbuk Financial Group (JB FG, unrated), the parent of Jeonbuk Bank (unrated). At the same time, it has revised the outlook on the long-term ratings to negative from stable.
