Koch Resources, LLC -- Moody's affirms Koch Resources at Aa3 and Flint Hills Resources at A1
New York, January 26, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) affirmed the issuer rating of Koch Resources LLC's (Koch Resources or KRLLC) Aa3 issuer rating and its Prime-1 commercial paper rating. At the same time, Moody's affirmed Flint Hills Resources LLC's (FHR) A1 issuer rating and Prime-1 short term issuer rating. FHR is a wholly-owned subsidiary of KRLLC, which in turn, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc. (KII, not rated). Both KRLLC's and FHR's rating outlooks are stable.
