Janus Capital Group Inc. -- Moody's assigns Baa3 rating to Janus Capital Group's $117 million senior convertible notes
New York, June 14, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has assigned a Baa3 rating to Janus Capital Group's ("Janus") new $117 million 0.75% senior convertible notes due 2018. The notes were issued in privately negotiated exchange agreements with holders of $110 million of Janus's existing 3.25% convertible senior notes due 2014. Moody's affirmed the existing Baa3 ratings on Janus Capital's outstanding obligations. The outlook on Janus's ratings remains stable.
